2011: Played in 47 games with 46 starts primarily at shortstop... batted .174 (23-of-132) with five doubles... slugged one home run and was tied for second on team with 17 rbi... had four mutil hit games and a pair of four rbi games... 

2010: Started all 42 games for the Storm and batted .246 (31-of-126)... finished second on the team with 21 runs scored and tied for second with seven doubles... Had three three-hit games in the month of April and had five two-hit games as well during the season... scored two or more runs in a game five times, including three vs. Bellarmine on 3/3... drove in a pair of runs in the opener against West Liberty 4/10 and had three hits in the second game... drew 15 walks on the year.

2009: Appeared in 34 games (all starts) in her rookie season... hit .229 (19-for-83) with six RBI... also walked 11 times and scored 10 runs... spent the majority of her time at first base... had two three-hit games on the season on March 24 against Edinboro and on April 10 against Urbana... drove in two runs against Clarion on March 6.

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Lettered four times at Westland High School as a first baseman... selected to the All-Ohio Capital Conference First Team, All-District First Team and All-Ohio Honorable Mention... racked up 32 RBI with a .420 batting average in her senior season as a Cougar... also lettered four times as an outside hitter and libero for the Westland volleyball team.

PERSONAL: Born Oct. 12, 1990... majoring in criminal justice... parents are Jay and Terri Pennell... father, Jay, played baseball at the University of Missouri.
