Biography

2010: Made a team-high 15 appearances, all coming in relief... posted a 14.14 ERA in seven innings of work... recorded a 2-0 record as he struck out four batters.

2009: Made 10 appearances, all in relief, as a sophomore... totaled 11 1/3 innings with an 8.74 ERA... did not record a decision... did not allow a run in his last four appearances (4 1/3 innings)... struck out three in an inning at Slippery Rock on 4/18.

2008: Appeared in 21 games as a freshman, making one start... had an 0-2 record with 6.87 ERA in 38 innings... struck out 23 and walked 16... did not allow a run in six appearances... pitched a career-high 5 2/3 innings in his lone start vs. Westminster 4/27... twice had a career-high three strikeouts... did not allow a hit in 2 1/3 scoreless innings vs. Bethany on 4/20.

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Played three varsity seasons of baseball as a pitcher and third baseman at John Marshall High School... was a two-time Senate League All-Star (2006, 2007)... posted a 4-1 record as a senior.

PERSONAL: Born Feb. 17, 1989... majoring in sport management... parents are Doug Justice and Ron and Denise Dowling.
