2018: Appeared in 12 games...Posted a 8.84 ERA and 1-2 record...threw 21.1 innings...Struck out 14 over 21.2 innings...Recorded his first career strikeout on 2/19 against Lincoln Memorial.

High School: Was a three-sport athlete at Vermilion High School...played at second base and pitched during his four-year baseball career... named to All-District 9 First Team and Second Team Lorain County... threw a no-hitter in high school... played three years of soccer as a forward... was a part of a soccer sectional and district title with Vermilion... earned Honorable Mention honors as a shooting guard and small forward during his four-year basketball career. 

Personal: Born August 25, 1998... son of Ron and Stacey Mayer... related to Adam Beach, a former Storm pitcher...studies Sports Management with a minor in Marketing at Lake Erie.
