2011: Appeared in 46 games, making 45 starts as team's primary designated hitter during his sophomore season... also played 10 games in right field... hit .291 with 43 hits to rank fourth on the team... homered twice and drove in 29 runs, third most for the Storm... tied for team lead with three sacrifice flies and also stole four bases... had 11 multi-hit games, including a career-high three  in a win at Charleston (W. Va.) on 3/23... drove in two or more runs seven times, including three games with three RBI... hit a three-run homer in a 6-1 win over Hillsdale on 4/2 and had another three-run blast against Ohio Dominican on 4/13... scored twice in that game against ODU. 

2010: Played in 16 games and made six starts... batted .185 (5-of-27) and scored a pair of rounds... recorded two hits at Mount Olive on 3/5.

2009: Played in 29 games, starting 16, as a freshman... played primarly as a designated hitter and middle infielder... batted .295 (18-of-61) and scored 17 runs... hit one home run and drove in 11 runs... stole two bases... had seven multi-hit games (two hits each time)... drove in a career-high three runs twice... scored two runs in the same game four times.

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Played baseball and football at James Monroe High School... named team's most valuable player, second-team all-area and all-district as a senior shortstop...also received coaches' award... in football played receiver for Battlefield District and regional champions... member of the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Born Jan. 15, 1990... majoring in biology (pre-physical therapy)... Son of Sean and Kimberly Kemp.
