Biography

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Four-year letterwinner at Lake Catholic High School... was named the team's outstanding pitcher three times... helped Cougars to three district championships in his career and holds three school records... posted a 9-3 record with a 1.72 ERA as a senior to lead Cougars to Division II state semifinals... allowed just three hits in a complete game against eventual state champ De Sales in semifinals... received Lake Catohlic's Senior Award in 2012... off the field was a member of the French Club and student government while also serving as a student ambassador.

PERSONAL: Born June 24, 1993... parents are Joe and Wendi Samuele... majoring in bilogoy with a pre-physical therapy concentration.
