Biography

2014: Played in 15 games and pitched 66.1 innings... 43 strikeouts and had a 2.85 ERA

2012: Emerged as a late-inning regular as a freshman, appearing in 16 games... posted a 2-1 record with three saves and a 4.60 earned run average in 15 2/3 innings of work... earned his first save with a scoreless seventh in an 8-6 win at Grand Valley State on 3/25 and picked up his first win by same score vs. Hillsdale on 3/31... tossed 2 1/3 scoreless innings in a loss to Ashland on 4/4... did not allow a run in 12 of his appearances and gave up only one unearned run in one of the four games he was scored upon... minus a 5-run outing against Wayne State on 5/6, pitched to a 1.72 ERA in 15 other games.

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Four-year member of the baseball team at Mentor High School... also a two-year member of the football and basketball teams.

PERSONAL: Born April 24, 1993... majoring in business... parents are Denise and Bob Kelley.
