Allowed just one run on four hits, with no walksand four strikeouts but did not factor in decision... struck outthree in two innings at Saginaw Valley on 5/1... had fiveappearances of more than one inning... did not allow a run in 10games and did not allow an earned run in 12... struck out 16 on theyear and walked just seven.
2010: Made nine appearances with two starts...posted a 1-3 record with a 13.19 ERA in 14.1 innings... struck out14 batters and walked eight... picked up his first career win on4/23 against Salem with three innings of one run relief with fourstrikeouts.
PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Four-year performer on thediamond at Valley Forge High School... earned Northeast OhioConference m.v.p. and all-conference honors... helped Patriots todistrict finals... also member of bowling team for three years.
