2012: All-Great Lakes Intercollegiate AthleticConference (GLIAC) second-team selection... appeared in 13 games,making 12 starts, and posting a 6-3 record and 3.27 earned runaverage... shared school record for wins with his six victories andteam was 9-4 in games he pitched... earned GLIAC Pitcher of theWeek for the second time in his career after his complete-gamefive-hit shutout in a 1-0 win at nationally-ranked Grand ValleyState on 3/24.  Walked two and struck out five in that game...struck out a season-high eight batters three times and finishedwith 61 overall, breaking his own school record... his 12 startsand 71 2/3 innings pitched were also the most in school history...threw seven shutout innings in a 5-0 win at Arkansas-Monticello on3/15 and did not allow an earned run in a complete-game 4-2 win atNorthwood on 4/22... had eight games in which he allowed two earnedruns or fewer.

2011: Emerged as team's ace for second straightyear  as a sophomore... pitched in 11 games, making 10starts... went 4-4 with a 5.51 ERA and three complete games... ledteam in five categories including wins, starts, complete games,innings (50.2) and strikeouts (49)... threw the best performance ofhis career to date in a 2-1 win over Wayne State on 5/7. Allowed just one run on one hit in complete-game gem (seveninnings).  Struck out a career-high-tying nine batters inwinning series opener... earned GLIAC Pitcher of the Weekhonors following that outing... allowed just two earned runs in sixinnings with seven strikeouts in a 3-1 loss to Saginaw Valley Stateon 4/30... gave up three earned runs in six innings to gain firstwin of season at Pittsburgh-Johnstown on 3/19... pitched a completegame with seven strikeouts and just six hitts allowed in a 6-5 winat Findlay on 4/17.  

2010: Pitched in 12 games and made nine startsin his first season of varsity competition... Led the Storm inwins (four), strikeouts (60) and innings pitched (64.1)...posted a 4-3 record with a 4.90 ERA, best among qualifyingpitchers... Earned his first two collegiate wins in back-to-backcomplete game, three run efforts against West Liberty on 3/16 andUrbana on 3/21... credited with the victory against NCAA Div. ICleveland State 3/28 as he worked 6.1 innings and allowed tworuns on five hits, while striking out a career-high nine batters...had seven games with five or more strikeouts... earned his firstsave with four innings of one-run relief in a 2-1 victory overNotre Dame (Ohio) on 4/21.

PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Was a standout at VermilionHigh School for four years as a pitcher and corner infielder...named Lorain County Player of the Year and all-state as asenior... twice named to all-county and all-district teams... as ajunior helped Sailors to first West Shore Conference crown in 37years... named Southern Collegiate Baseball League's most valuablepitcher during the summer... posted a 4-0 record with a 1.19 ERAand 47 strikeouts for Carolina Stingers... was also selected toSCBL All-Star Game, earning the win in relief for the southteam
