GLENVILLE, West Virginia – The Lake Erie baseball team returned to the Mountaineer State to face off against Glenville State in a four-game series. Lake Erie would put up the first run of the series, but Glenville State would comfortably take game one 8-2. The Pioneers would take game two 3-1 in a low-scoring affair. Lake Erie would force extra innings in game three but fell 8-7 in 11 innings. Glenville State would rally and walk it off in game four 8-7 to secure the series sweep.

The Storm would start the series with a bang with a solo shot in the top of the first from
Brendan Hazuda, his first of the season. The Pioneers would answer back in the bottom half, moving ahead 2-1. Lake Erie would tie the game at 2 in the fourth with an RBI single from
