PAINESVILLE, OHIO -- The Lake Erie women's tennis team dropped its second straight match to start the season, falling at Tiffin University 9-0 in Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) action Sunday afternoon (Sept. 5).

Tiffin (1-2, 1-1) won all four contested singles matches in straight sets and took victories at fifth and sixth singles by default.  The Dragons also won both doubles matches in one single game.

The Storm (0-2, 0-0) hosts Lake Superior State University on Friday, Sept. 10, in the home opener and then entertains Michigan Tech University on Sunday, Sept. 12.  Both matches will be played at the Mentor Heisley Raquet Club on Heisley Road.
