High school:  Earned NHSCA All-America honors as a three-time state champion (OHSAA folk style, 2017 freestyle, 2017 greco style)... helped Ashtabula St. John to finish runners-up in 2018... also ran cross country and played football.

Personal:  Born on August 7, 2001...Son of Jarrod and Kim Burgard...Father played football and ran track collegiately...Pursuing a major course of study in either business or biology.
