PRIOR TO LAKE ERIE: Ran four years of track at Eastlake North...two-time regional qualifier in the 1600m...also ran four years of cross country and was a two-time regional qualifier while helping the Rangers win the 2007 Premier Athletic Conference Championship

PERSONAL: Born April 15, 1991...son of Ron and Lori Lancaster...Sports Management and Business Administration student at Lake Erie College
