This weekend Lake Erie competed in the Louisville Classic down in Louisville, KY.
The meet was highlighted for the Storm by Sophomore Raena Willett who broke the school record in the 5K with a time of 19:31.5.
Also in the 5K, Freshman Julian Laudato set the fourth-fastest time in school history with her time of 20:26.8.
In addition to the women, two men cracked the top 20 with their times this weekend in the 8K as well.
Freshman Mason White put up the tenth fastest time in school history with a time of 26:37.9 and Sophomore Nick Ceraso recorded the eighteenth fastest time with 27.29.6.
Hayden Hartman (28:16.4), Kadin Engle (28:40.9), Will Stenson (29.53.8), and Derek Rightnowar (30:33.1), also recorded personal records in the 8K.
The Storm will be back in action on October 9, in Slippery Rock, PA.
