(SLIPPERY ROCK, Pennsylvania) – The Lake Erie cross country trio will race in its third meet of the year tomorrow in the Bill Lennox Invitational. It will be the first time the Storm have participated in the event.
The races will be held at the Lawrence County Fairgrounds, the second year for the course which made its debut in this race last year.
"The Bill Lennox Invite will provide a great opportunity to race on relative fast, flat course in preparation for the conference championships against strong competition from members of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC)," said Head Coach Giles Davis.
The last time out saw the Storm race in the ultra-competitive All-Ohio Championships hosted by Cedarville University. Natalie Thoss clocked in with a time of 31:01.5 in the 6,000 meter women's race. Logan Carter led the men's duo with a time of 31:09.0 in the 8,000 with Conner Jeffers following with a time of 36:28.6.
