PAINESVILLE, Ohio- After four straight home games, the Lake Erie College women's soccer team will travel for their next two games. The Kentucky Wesleyan College Panthers and the Trevecca Nazarene University Trojans are next on the slate for the Storm.
The Storm will face the Panthers on Thursday (Oct. 5) and then the Trojans on Saturday (Oct. 7).
Storm Report: Lake Erie is 4-6 overall and 3-4 in Great Midwest games. The Storm fell 4-3 in double overtime to the Malone University Pioneers on Saturday (Sept. 30) night. Carley Kandel (Jeromesville, Ohio / Northwestern) is the Storm's leading scorer with five goals.
Opposition Position: Kentucky Wesleyan is 2-6 overall (2-5 G-MAC) following a 2-1 loss at Ohio Valley last week. Madisyn Hunt leads the Panthers with five goals and three assists. Trevecca enters the weekend with a 4-3-2 record (2-3-2 Great Midwest) after the Trojans fell 1-0 to Cedarville the last time out. Courtney Dyer is the Trojans leading scorer with four goals.
Series History: This will be the first matchup for the Storm with either team.
