High School: Earned First and Second-Team All-Conference Honors as well as All-County Honorable Mention honors throughout career at Calumet New Tech... named Player of the Year (MaxPreps) as well as Team MVP and Rookie of the Year... helped the Warriors secure sectional and conference championships... four-year letter winner as a utility player for the Warriors... hit for an average of .469 at the plate with a .509 on-base percentage... recorded four doubles during senior campaign... went 1-5 on the mound with an ERA of 1.94 and recorded 14 strikeouts as a senior pitcher... also was a four-year letter winner in football...
