Burrows Joins Snyder in Finals at NCAA Championships

PAINESVILLE, OHIO – After waiting out a slight weather delay, Lake Erie College freshman sprinter Chris Burrows (Trotwood, Ohio/Trotwood Madison) joined classmate Ethan Snyder (Salesville, Ohio/Buckeye Trail) in Saturday's finals with another strong performance in the men's 200 meters at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Charlotte, N.C. Friday night (May 28).

Mother Nature pushed the start time of the race back nearly an hour, but Burrows was unfazed as he finished third in his heat, and sixth overall, with a time of 21.46 seconds.  The top eight advance to Saturday night's finals.

On Thursday, Snyder qualified for the finals in the men's 400-meter hurdles.
