STORM WARNING: Lake Erie Takes On Wright State-Lake

(PAINESVILLE, Ohio) – The Lake Erie men's basketball team will look for its first win of the season as it hosts Wright State-Lake in non-conference action Tuesday. The Storm dropped their first two contests against nationally-ranked Ashland on the road and Wayne State at home. The Lakers enter with a mark of 3-1 most recently falling to Rio Grande their last time out.

It's the first matchup between the two teams. Wright State-Lake is a member of the USCAA and will play five Division II opponents from the NCAA this season. Four of them will be from the G-MAC.

Gabe Kynard has paced the offense thus far and will look to do so again, while Damion Williams had a big day on the glass Sunday with 13 rebounds for an average of 9.0 through two games.

Chaz Hardin leads the Lakers with 13.3 points per game and also tops the team in rebounds (6.0) and assists (4.5).
