2017: Last year for the Storm, Growel showed his versatility as Coach Hazzard moved him around on the field. He was on the Defensive Line, and also was a Tight End and took reps at QB as well. He earned All-Conference Honorable Mention honors in his freshman season at LEC.
High School: Growel played basketball in addition to Football for East Troy H.S. He was a Point Guard for the basketball team and averaged 10pts, 7 assists, and 6 rebounds his junior year.
Personal: Majoring in Psychology, with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Justin is involved with the Active Minds Club on campus at LEC. After graduation, he wants to help young athletes with mental health issues.
