Men's Track Up to 14th Nationally In Latest Computer Rankings

PAINESVILLE, OHIO -- The Lake Erie College men's track and field team moved up a spot to 14th in the most recent United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Top 25 Computer Poll released Tuesday (May 10).  The Storm dropped a spot to seventh in the Midwest Region.

Lake Erie picked up over six points this week currently holding a score of 75.57 in the national ranking. 

The Lake Erie men placed fifth in the GLIAC Championships this past weekend and currently rank third nationally among conference teams.  The Storm will particpate in several last chance meets this weekend in preperation for the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships May 26-28.
