Lake Erie College Director of Athletics Kelley Kish has promoted two members of the department's leadership team.
Current Head Athletic Trainer/Senior Woman Administrator Molly Hoffman will become the Storm's Assistant Director of Athletics for Sports Medicine and retain the Senior Woman Administrator designation. In her role, Hoffman oversees the health, safety and welfare for the department. She oversees the Athletic Trainers and works closely with the team physicians and LEC's partnership with University Hospitals. With her designation as SWA, Hoffman is part of the department decision-making at the campus, GMAC and national levels.
Current Director of Compliance Cole Sulmonetti will become the Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance and Rules Education. In his Role, Sulmonetti oversees the education, monitoring of NCAA rules for the Storm's 17 teams. He works closely with Financial Aid, the Registrar and Admissions around scholarships, initial and continuing eligibility.
Both Hoffman and Sulmonetti serve on the Leadership Team for the department.

The Assistant Director of Athletics title better defines the full scope of their work as we advance the mission of Lake Erie College within athletics," said Director of Athletics, Kelley Kish.
